To Potential Home Buyer or Seller,
We have bought and sold 3 properties in the
past 5 years. The best experience of them was the purchase and
sale of our Morgan Hill Condo with Dominic Godfrey of Coldwell
Banker. We were very impressed with how he handled the entire
process.
When purchasing the condo Dominic helped us
prepare an offer that we were comfortable with, yet was
attractive enough to our sellers to accept over other offers.

"We had halfheartedly decided to put our house up
for sale. We got a proposal from a real estate agent and just
sat on it. About a month or so later, we decided to get
serious. We were told that the proposal we received was rather
low. So we decided to interview one or two other agents.
My husband and Dominic were social friends and when he heard we
were in the market for an agent, he asked to be considered. He came one night and got
the essential information from us. He returned the next night
